Scope of Work: Renovation of Historical building damaged by hurricane Sandy. The work included the historical renovation of existing woodwork, tiles, doors and masonry. Replacement gypsum board, ceilings lighting and life safety. Replacement of existing chillers including structural steel, piping, condenser water pumps, electrical asbestos abatement and electrical switch gears. Provide new boiler, new structural steel and support system, new pumps, piping, insulation. New building automation system with interfacing to existing DDC system. Installation of new sprinkler system including new factory assembled Pump House.

Plainsboro Public Library

Location: Plainsboro, NJ
Scope Of Work: Construction of a state of the art, three story, 47,000 SF public library for the Township of Plainsboro consisting of poured concrete foundation and structural steel along with CMU walls and a brick facade, high standing curtain wall and glass railing through out. The interior features over 8,000 SF of exposed ceilings, making the installation of the HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and Sprinkler System a challenge. Other interior finishes includes bamboo and stone flooring, architectural woodwork, epoxy flooring, interior painting and a three stop elevator.
Essex County College New Information Commons @ MLK Library

Location: 303 University Ave. Newark, NJ
Scope of Work: Work consisted of, but not limited to, the complete alteration of the upper level of the library (4th floor). Complete removal of all floor finishes, ceiling grid and tiles, light fixtures, existing partitions, doors and frames, alterations to existing mechanical equipment and upgrading of such, removal of the carpet of the lower level of the library (3rd floor). Relocation of existing book stacks to lower level. Partially renovate immediate corridor outside of library at the 4th floor. New work included the building of new classroom spaces and support areas. New finishes throughout, new ceiling grid and tiles, new LED light fixtures, new male and female restroom. Incorporation of new water and green wall features. Ender Hall Reno of Nurse’s Suite

Location: Ender Hall- Paramus, NJ
Scope of Work: The existing offices E120, E122, E124 were altered to become the Nurse’s Office. The alteration included the modifications to the interior layout, interior finishes replacement, MEP work and window replacement.
Lecture Hall- Interior Renovations

Location: Pitkin Education Center- Paramus , NJ
Scope of Work: Alteration work to three existing lecture halls requiring building permit, as well as, mechanical, electrical, plumbing (demolition), and fire sub-code permits. Work also included installation of new AV system.
Upgrade Surgical Suite Ward 2C

Location: East Orange Campus, NJ
Scope of Work: Complete interior demolition of existing Surgical Suite to provide six modern Operating Rooms with associated Decontamination and Sub-Sterile Rooms and required support spaces. The work included all labor and material to perform all work including necessary demolition, asbestos abatement, new electrical feeders and panels, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, structural steel, architectural, surgical equipment installation, testing and other work required to support surgical procedures.
